Mobile service

Marineplus also offers cleaning services as a mobile service throughout the Uusimaa region and its surrounding areas. This service is intended for boaters whose boats are located on their own pier, on the cottage shore or outside the harbor.

The mobile service operates throughout Uusimaa and its surrounding areas.

If you are unsure about the suitability of a location, feel free to ask!

Mobile service always requires individual planning, so it is not available through the online booking calendar.

In the mobile service, basic and power cleaning are priced per hour as normal.

In addition, we charge a travel fee, which is determined by distance (to be agreed separately).

Booking

The service can be booked via our website using the booking form. If you wish, you can also make the reservation by phone. The reservation is binding.

Handover of keys and access to the boat

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cleaning team has unobstructed access to the boat at the agreed time.
Keys can be handed over in advance through the port office, by arranging for pick-up separately, or alternatively, use the boat-specific key safe, if one is in use.

Cleaning duration

The duration of the cleaning depends on the size of the boat and the condition of the premises. The average cleaning time is 2 - 4 hours. A more detailed estimate can be given at the time of booking. You can see a general estimate table here

Price list and payment

Our interior cleaning services are priced on an hourly basis. The price is determined by the time spent cleaning, and the final charge is based on the actual working hours.

The work is always invoiced in full starting hours. We provide an estimate of the working time before the cleaning, and the customer receives a report of the actual duration. If necessary, we can provide an estimate of the number of hours based on your boat's information. However, the final amount is always determined by the actual working time. Payment is almost always made by invoice.

Customer responsibilities

Please notify us in advance if you do not want cleaning to be performed on certain areas (e.g. locked cabinets, sensitive electronics)

Remove personal belongings, valuables, and papers from visible surfaces.

If the boat has water damage, mold, or special needs, please notify us before booking.

Cancellations and changes

You can postpone or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, we charge €60. You can contact us by phone or email if you would like to discuss changes.

Satisfaction guarantee

Our goal is a 100% satisfied customer. If you notice any shortcomings or the cleaning did not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will fix the issue or refund part of the service on a case-by-case basis.

 

Trust and data protection

All your personal information is treated confidentially. Boat information, key information and other details are only kept for the purpose of providing the service and are deleted immediately afterwards. We do not store or share your information with third parties.
